Recipe for a delicious Green Juice that'll give you a nutritional boost

Green juice is all the rage right now. It's a great way to get lots if green veggies into your diet, it alkalises, and it makes for a refreshing drink on a hot day.

Here's a great green juice recipe from Zoe at the Nutritional Edge.

Green Juice

  • One piece of Celery

  • One Lebanese cucumber

  • Handful of baby spinach

  • Granny Smith apple

  • One lime (peeled)

Put through the juicer and serve in a glass filled with ice. Enjoy!
