We view ourselves as an integral part of your selfcare strategy. Maintaining the body in optimal condition overflows into all areas of your life so that you can be a fit, strong, balanced, happy version of yourself. We combine a variety of chiropractic techniques, massage, dry needling, yoga and rehabilitation exercises. This customised and holistic approach loosens tight muscles, restores movement and increases blood flow to restore balance and reduce pain. But the care does not stop there. We have a special interest in women’s health and wellbeing and offer practical advice to support women through all stages of their life.

Dr Vibeke Murphy

Vibeke has a degree in Anatomy and Physiology, and a Masters in Chiropractic. She has over 20 years of hands-on chiropractic experience and is also a certified yoga instructor. With a keen personal interest in maintaining optimal health, Vibeke is passionate about sharing her knowledge with those around her.

Vibeke is a firm believer in employing exercise, mindfulness and good nutrition in her treatment plans. She believes that educating her clients to make small, consistent positive changes to their lifestyles reap long lasting health rewards. She pays great attention to helping her clients reach their individual goals. Vibeke has a special interest in addressing postural concerns whether it be from bad workplace ergonomics, working-from-home zoom meeting fatigue or pregnancy changes.

She is committed to helping people optimise their overall health at all stages of life. Vibeke’s treatment approach is thorough and hands-on. She employs a wide range of chiropractic techniques as well as remedial massage, dry needling, sacro-occipital techniques and yoga.

Vibeke has over 18 years’ experience in teaching Anatomy and Physiology to yoga instructor students. Her classes are dynamic and interactive. She focuses on making the basics of A and P enjoyable.

Vibeke is a passionate and highly knowledgeable teacher who seeks to inspire and engage her students, empowering them to be confident, safe and knowledgeable yoga instructors.

When Vibeke isn’t busy taking care of her lovely clients she is taking care of her two gorgeous school aged children…running them around to all their school and sports activities. Vibeke loves living an active healthy lifestyle and embraces trying anything that is a physical challenge. She weight trains, practices vedic meditation, yoga and pilates, runs, walks and swims regularly to keep fit but also because she knows that a strong healthy body leads to a strong healthy mind.
